Founded by Shailesh Jaiswal and Smridhi Seth, Write+ AI is the brainchild of entrepreneurial acumen, honed during their Master's degrees in Organizational Behavioral Psychology.
Our first venture, Sirway Me, turned into a 7-figure company within just 12 months of its establishment, laying the foundation for Write+ AI.
We began as a market research startup, which morphed into an AI-powered employees, enhancing the productivity of thousands of teams worldwide.

Meet the Founders

Shailesh Jaiswal, a noted Indian entrepreneur and researcher, stands at the forefront of AI development with leadership roles at Write+ AI and Sirway Me. Holding a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, Shailesh is also the Government of India’s recognized #1 National Level Researcher. His work extends to social impact, as he co-authored the transformative book “Transforming Jails into Schools: Ek Kadam Jeevan Ki Aur,” taught in 16 jails across India. With a diverse skill set including prompt engineering, AI and ML research, and business strategy, Shailesh is dedicated to harnessing the power of AI for the betterment of individuals and businesses. His active participation in the AI community further showcases his commitment to nurturing the next generation of AI professionals.

Smridhi Seth, co-founder of Write+ AI and Sirway Me Research Solutions, is a luminary in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and data science. An entrepreneur with an academic background from the University of Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, she is recognized by the Indian government for her contributions, evidenced by 2 Gold Medals awarded by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu. Smridhi’s passion for AI, coupled with her skills in AI/ML research and development, data analysis, and behavioural analysis, drive her mission to democratize AI access in India. Under her leadership, both Write+ AI and Sirway Me aim to empower individuals and organizations through technology and education, serving as an inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs and AI enthusiasts.
