The round also saw participation from Chandigarh Angel Network (CAN), Growth Sense, and Growth91, signaling strong investor confidence in LiaPlus AI’s vision to transform the future of customer interactions.

LiaPlus AI specializes in providing AI Employees—artificially intelligent customer support agents that can handle tasks in 18 different languages, including English, Hindi, and Arabic. These AI Employees not only conduct customer interactions but also take post-call actions such as sending emails and WhatsApp messages. The company’s innovative approach allows businesses to focus on strategic decision-making and networking, while AI Employees manage routine customer interactions, effectively enhancing sales and customer success.
