LiaPlus AI Terms of Service
1. Definitions
“LiaPlus AI” refers to LiaPlus Al Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates.
“You” or “Your” refers to any user of the Service (as defined below).

LiaPlus AI provides an artificial intelligence-based phone calling system and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms expressly supersede and replace any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to the Service.
4. Modification of Terms
LiaPlus Al reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and other policies incorporated herein, at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that violates local, national, or international laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

7. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you contribute, post, or transmit via the Service (“User Content”). LiaPlus AI does not claim ownership of User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you automatically grant LiaPlus AI a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute, and sublicense your User Content in connection with operating the Service.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload or transmit any User Content that:
- Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or harmful
- Encourages illegal activities
- Infringes any intellectual property or publicity rights
- Contains viruses or malware
- Burdens infrastructure negatively impacting Service performance

LiaPlus Al may remove any User Content violating this policy. Repeated violations may lead to account termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LIA PLUS AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
15. Limitation of Liability
LIA PLUS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN ANY CASE, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
16. Termination
LiaPlus Al may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for any
reason, including violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
18. Modification
LiaPlus Al reserves the right to modify these Terns at its discretion. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms do not create any agency or partnership. Any unenforceable provisions will be severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining Terms. LiaPlus Al may assign its rights under these Terms.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to make any calls to emergency telephone lines, public safety answering points, health care facilities, or any service for which the called party is charged for the call. You may not use the Service to engage in spamming or other abusive calling practices. LiaPlus Al reserves the right to limit calling frequency to prevent unlawful calling activity.
Limitations on Use
You may only use the Service to make calls to persons who have provided prior express consent to be called or with whom you have an established business relationship, as defined under applicable law. LiaPlus Al reserves the right to request evidence of such consent or business relationship.
Caller ID
You must properly identify yourself on outbound calls by transmitting accurate Caller ID information for all calls. You may not block Caller ID information, use an anonymous phone number, or misrepresent the originating phone number or identity of the caller.
Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiaPlus Al from and against any and all fines, claims, damages, liabilities, losses, investigations, inquiries, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) that arise out of or result from any allegation that your use of the Service violates applicable federal and state laws regarding telemarketing, robocalls, and telephone solicitation.
Cooperation
LiaPlus Al reserves the right to cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or regulators regarding any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or improper use of the Service. This may include disclosing information about your use of the Service and account.
Service Suspension
LiaPlus Al reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your use of the Service if it determines that your calling activities do not comply with applicable laws or these Terms.
Changes to Compliance Requirements
LiaPlus Al reserves the right to modify the Service to comply with any changes in applicable laws or regulations regarding calling practices, spam, and telemarketing. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance. If any change is unacceptable, you must immediately cease using the Service.
